At Personal Images Salon and Day Spa our service providers and support staff work on a level system. Our level system accomplishes two main goals. First is to provide a career path of growth and achievement for our team and second is to provide several options for your various needs. Guests may choose a level that best fits their needs and budget. Our designer’s level of competency or creativity is not necessarily related to their years of experience. Our team receives aggressive, consistent, innovative and in-depth training which starts from the moment they are hired and continues through their entire career with us. Our service providers achieve promotions based on several factors including guest satisfaction, guest retention, performance, and education.
Once a service provider reaches an advanced level, they become an educator and begin working with an associate. This enables an educator to train our next generation of new talent and provides both our current and future clients with continuous superb customer service.

All service prices shown represent our starting prices. Prices vary by stylist based on Experience / Demand of Time. Service prices also vary according to length and condition of hair and are subject to a proper consultation.
